Master’s Double Degree with the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) (Germany)
The Postgraduation Program in Mechanical Engineering (PG-Mec) of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) will have its first Masters double degree program with the International Automotive Engineering (IAE) of the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI). The signing of the cooperation agreement was made on March 4, 2015, in THI by the Dean of the German University, Walter Schober, and by the Dean of Research and Post Graduation of UFPR, Edilson Silveira. To participate, the student must be enrolled in masters degree of Mechanical Engineering (UFPR) or, for German students, in the masters degree of International Automotive Engineering (THI). Since 2013, UFPR already has a partnership with Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt through AWARE, a long-term cooperation project which also involves the UFSC. The program activities include collaboration visits and research projects in mobility field.
