TheÂ PPGERHA is characterized by itsÂ multidisciplinarity nature of its teachers and students, and consequently in its research projects linking Water Ressources and Hydraulic Engineering with Environmental Engineering issues. SpecialÂ Â focus is given through innovative teaching experiences, described in detail here.
ApproximatelyÂ 60Â coursesÂ are offered within PPGERHA, mainly to provide basic and expert knowledge. The classes are organized within a trimestral regime. The offered coursesÂ in each trimester may vary along the years, according to student demands and teacher availability. It is also possible to take courses of other postgraduate programs, however, limited to a maximum of 50% of all required credits. The revalidation of external course credits is done via formal application, including the course content and grade, as well as its duration.
